NOTES: There are a few small bubbles visible on the surface of the bowl, which I tried to capture in close-up photos. It's extremely difficult to make a bubble-free bowl using the nerikomi technique, as the light and dark clay can only be kneaded a few times to prevent the colors from merging, which results in air bubbles remaining in the mass.
The bowl is hand-made and glazed by Moni, founder of the Maison Fragile brand.
